Mt. Gulugod Baboy: The Panoramic Peak

To satisfy my addiction to mountain climbling (at least on a monthly basis), I climb the Mt. Gulugod Baboy in Mabini Batangas last November 1, 2014 together with my highschool friend Riadin (which was here in Manila for her training) and his BF. It was all saints day, and only few hikers hit the road, perfect time to hike.

No pigs out there, only us. haha

This one is perfect for beginners that's why my friends did not exert much effort and we were so happy to reach the peak in an hour. I won't state details about the mountain because a lot of blogs already did and this is not a travel blog ;) 

Consistent to my other posts, I really love taking picture of my feet when I go to new places. It's like saying "I walked around...". 

Signage so trekkers will not get lost. I could say that this mountain is safe that you can day hike alone.

So here we are at the Peak of Pig's spine. Me with the first timers,  Yaya, and Charlie. We met other hikers up there but they stayed overnight. 

The view was surreal. You will enjoy the panoramic view of mabini peninsula and southern luzon, sorounding islands and mountains.

Of course my solo picture dapat ;).

That was a short day hike but we enjoy each other's company and nice way of meeting your close friend's bf and introduce them to your interest. Unlike other beginners that would say "this is the first and last hike", these two wanted more of this kind of adventures. I think they will not say this is we hiked Mt. Tapulao. hahaha
